Probably not for serious gamers, but good for all else. Good upgrade if replacing system board graphics chip. If you have a slim computer case that requires a low profile graphics card, consider this one. I didn't need the dual monitor feature, but the card fits right in my Dell Dimension C521 computer.
and it has a 30 day warranty and it looks and workd like new. great product.not very powerful but it works with The Lord of The Rings Conquest, which is a very new game, just fine. It fits into slimline computers very well.
As it comes from the box, you can connect two DVI monitors or one DVI and one VGA (using the supplied adaptor). This card comes with the low-profile mounting kit as well as the standard kit for full-size slots--you can install it in either configuration. This card raised my Windows Experience rating from 3.4 to 3.7 (Windows Aero) and from 3.0 to 4.5 (3D business and gaming graphics). You could probably buy an additional VGA adaptor if you needed to connect two VGA monitors. The literature says it needs a 300-watt power supply, but my HP Pavilion Slimline has only a 180-watt power supply, and the card seems to work just fine. My slimline computer has very little space, yet I was able to squeeze this card in.
Installed in minutes and easy to do. Noticable improvement. Very nice card and came with all needed hardware and adapters. No problems post install. Would buy again. In box documentation is weak. But got online and found instructions easily.
Instead, there is a DVI-to-VGA adapter to allow you to attach VGA monitors. This particular product, as ordered, includes the low-profile bracket but does not include a dual-VGA cable. I've owned several XFX products, and they all have been of exceptional quality. This one is also a solid product with a great price and a DOUBLE LIFETIME warranty. While it's not a particularly powerful card, it is probably the best of the few dual-DVI or dual-VGA capable low-profile PCI Express x16 cards on the market.
